​It was a joy photographing such a unique event for me – the first in my photography journey! When the happy couple informed me that they were expecting twins, our little family was so overjoyed for our friends. Not only did our little bubba do a leap of joy (my wife was also expecting back then) but we did one too. It is so cute and joyous awaiting the new lives that will be D & F, knowing that not only will they be having (mostly) helpful big brothers but a loving community surrounding them as well.

​The theme for the baby shower was ‘’The Jungle’’ – well it is indeed going to be a wild ride with four little ones in tow. The whole outdoorsy vibe was filled with some much of energy with little ones running around, playing & shouting, giving kind of a pre-welcome roar to the new ones who will soon be here. 

​Apart from the bab(ies) bump which was of course the center of attraction with mum A busy fielding off questions about the ‘’double scoops’’ 🤰, the beautiful & eye-catching balloon arch with its green, golden, peach & white hues stood out as well. The fabulous diaper cake (before you ask, made with diapers of course) clearly signified things to come (💩💩)  & for mum & dad to be always ready with handy wet wipes of which they will need LOADS (trust me, I know now, after the numerous little accidents we’ve had with our bubba as well, well aren’t they just the joys of parenthood?).

​The cute green creepers & the little center pieces (simply & delicately made with a glass jar, sawdust, a skewer, leaf & a cartoon lion) was oh-so-cute & I’m sure you’ll marvel at how sophisticated they look & were simplistically put together. 

​Well when you talk about what takes the cake is of course – the three cakes 🎂 🎂 🎂 (made with loads of oreos & m &m’s) & I’m sure it won’t take you long to guess but soon after dad S said the Grace Before Meals, the little ones rushed to grab a piece of the Oreo fun (& more of the sugarly-loaded delicious goodness we know all kids love to enjoy, including my inner child, well not complaining here!).
The ended on a super-high (sugary) note indeed, for all of us including the little bubbas. Let’s wish mum, dad & the little (big bros) a HUGE congratulations to them.
