ForevaPix Photography Payment Term

​1. Booking and Reservation:

• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure a photography session.
• The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the photography services.

 
2. Payment Schedule:

• The remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to the scheduled photography session.
• For events or extended sessions, a customized payment schedule will be agreed upon in advance.

 
3. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via bank transfers or cash.

 
4. Late Payments:

• Payments made after the due date are subject to a late fee of 10%.
• ForevaPix reserves the right to withhold services or deliverables until payment is received in full.

 
5. Refund Policy:

• The booking fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds for cancellations made by the client 14 days before the scheduled session will be honored.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the aforementioned grace period for cancellations.

 
6. Additional Expenses:

• Any additional expenses incurred during the photography session, such as travel or accommodation fees, will be billed separately and must be paid within 72 hours of the completed photoshoot.

 
7. Pricing Changes:

• ForevaPix reserves the right to modify pricing for services. However, prices for confirmed bookings will be honored.

8. Ownership and Licensing:

• Full payment grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal purposes. ForevaPix retains the copyright to all images.

9. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

10. Governing Law:

• These payment terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
