​Promotion Terms and Conditions for Photography Services provided by Forevapix

1. Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to residents of Auckland, New Zealand aged 18 years and over.

 2. Promotion Period:

• The promotion period is stated below, including the start and end dates. Inquiries made outside of this period will not be considered under this promotion. 
• This promotion is applicable for booking/s made before 31st of May 2024 and events held before 30th of June 2024

  3. How to Avail this offer:

• Valid for all ForevaPix door drop flyer customers ONLY.
• Only inquiries received within the promotion period will be considered.

 4. Promotion Details:

• Promotion is valid only for inquiries made through the door drop flyers.
• Promotion only applies to Birthday parties, Anniversaries & Graduation photoshoots.
• For other events and customized photoshoot please get it touch with us.
• The promotion is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms as specified.
• Promotional price includes travel distance 5kms radius from Auckland CBD. Beyond this distance additional charges will incur.  
• Photobook available as part of the promotional offer. Contact us for more information about the photobook size and upgrade options.

 
5. Booking and Scheduling:

• Clients must book photography services via email or mobile/ phone call.
• Booking is subject to availability & weather and ForevaPix reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.
• Scheduling is subject to availability & weather, and ForevaPix reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

 
6. Payment and Fees:

• Payment for photography services must be made in accordance with ForevaPix's standard payment terms.
• The promotion does not cover any additional fees, such as travel expenses or extra services, unless explicitly stated.

 
7. Copyright and Usage:

• ForevaPix retains the copyright to all photographs taken during the promotional sessions.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal purposes only.

 
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations must be made 14days prior to the scheduled session for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.

 
9. Modifications and Termination:

• ForevaPix reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In case of termination, clients who have already booked and paid will be honored as per the terms of the promotion.

 
10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
